I really enjoyed my first cruise.. the process of booking was very good Jean was very helpful with communicating everything & answer all the questions i needed to prepare for my cruise. When me & my boys got on the boat is so nice the staff was so nice so helpful my boys loved !! My housekeeper was very nice he would greet me n my boys everyone by names..My boys enjoyed the camp on the boat they also remember my boys names including the life guards at the pools.. everything was so nice !!!!! I love it !! We didn’t have no problems we didn’t get sick or anything. The whole experience was a wonderful experience for me n my boys we will be definitely booking more cruise’s & vacations!!!

Great food and exceptional dining service, plenty of fun things to do throughout the day and evening. I'd like to specifically recognize Big Al, Piya, and Andy who so graciously and professionally served us every evening in the main dining room. The best care ever from these three!

Overall it was good for the money. Staff wasn't always helpful but my room attendant Norman was amazing. Wasn't alot of activities. Will sail bigger boat next time.

We have sailed with Princess, Royal Caribbean, and this was our first Carnival cruise. We will never book with Carnival again. The other cruise lines were so much better. The food wasn’t very good, the staff was very rude, the AC in our room kept breaking and at times out room temp was above 80 degrees. I ordered a Father’s Day gift 2 months before to be delivered to our room, and I only got the beach towel. I didn’t get the hats, and only after standing in line at guest services for 45 minutes to inquire why, is when they told me they didn’t have the hats. Sorry. No offer was made to trade them for a different style or anything.

This was our first time on the Valor, and we really enjoyed it! We don't mind the smaller ships, although we wish the cruise had been longer than four days! Most guests appeared to be following COVID protocols and always seemed to comply when asked to put a mask on. We made friends with some of the crew (one that we're still in contact with!), which is one of the things we always enjoy. We would definitely cruise on the Valor again!

We had a wonderful time and I truly recommend Carnival. Deep Blue Soul (cruise band) was awesome and we made a point of listening to every set. Shout out to Lucas (vocalist) and Andre (on trumpet)! We had some issues with speed of service in the dining room, but this was NOT due to the efforts of the wait staff. They were working very hard and went out of their way to please. The cabin was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately there was a bad odor that our steward was not able to get rid of. We should have asked to be moved, but since we did not spend much time in the cabin it was bearable.

Our wait staff was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Glory, Rahul, and Iwayan took care of us every evening at dinner and made it such a great experience!! Adrian in the dining room was also awesome!! These men are an asset on The Valor!!

Pros: The room was very nice, clean & good size. Enjoyed the Steakhouse: Best. All food was good except didn't like the sauce on the shrimp, scallops dish. didn't have the clams but if its New England style include clams with the bellies!
