Crystal is back
October
Pros: The Crystal personal are the best. Attitude, training, years with Crystal. Many with over 25 years with Crystal.
Cons: It's very hard to find a con. The value is so good, to nit-pic or find something to complain about should not even be on ones mind..
Recommended: No
The Crystal Serenity has elegance and charm. You will have a vacation experience unlike any other. The crystal staff and crew have one goal: to ensure that you have the best cruise experience ever. It's all about choices. Dining, enrichment, activities, entertainment and creative learning. You can also enjoy fitness and spa and salon choices. The daily Reflections paper in you stateroom informs you of all the daily events each day. The choices are yours.

crystal Serenity to the Alaskan panhandle
July
Pros: beautiful ship, staff treat guests and each other as family, fabulous entertainment and food
Cons: ports of call were underwhelming, this was largely a ship-board experience
Recommended: Yes
Crystal offers an exceptional experience at sea. The restaurants offer superb dining, the staff is very welcoming, the entertainment is world class. Our iPhone photo class was taught by an Emmy Award film producer. Our class on the US presidential race was given by a Pulitzer Prize winning White House correspondent. The entire staff enjoy working together as a family to give you an unforgettable ship-board experience. For example, our Tunisian bartender is the son of a bartender who told the fellow to be the very best bartender he could be, and he will be well rewarded. Ali took this to heart and worked on a few ships before he found Crystal. This summer he is participating in an international bartender contest in Turin. Who ever knew such a thing existed? Crystal also retains loyal staff. After the covid bankruptcy over 80% rejoined the company to continue their careers.
